Wow! We have moved a lot in this beautiful country of ours and I rate the service that Justin and Paul gave us as the best! They kept us apprised of their progress in getting here, then when they got to our place they carefully moved everything, blanket wrapping all the furniture so carefully! Then the move in to the new house was exceptional. They protected the corners and laid out a runner. They were kind enough to ask where things would be placed. During the move I also got a call from their office checking up to see how we were doing! I highly recommend them, great service, great personalities!

I used them for a recent move. After the men were done, they told me there was a $25 fee for using my debit card. It would have been nice to know that when I got the quote. I did not think I had to check all my furniture to make sure everything was okay before paying, I was wrong. My dining table was scratched, my desk was broken, and my bed post was broken off. I called customer service and provided pictures of the damaged table and have yet to get a response. I would give them zero stars if I could. I would not advise anyone to use their services unless you don't have anything of value or importance to move.

I had an urgent move that had to be completed this week. I called on Monday and Moving Ahead Services was able to schedule me for Thursday. The men who were hired/selected for this move were respectful, compassionate, focused, neat, and worked well together. This was a rather complicated move, but they paid attention to give their best service and we had excellent communication among all three of us. I highly, highly recommend Justin H and Bryan. They made a long and stressful task for me pleasant and calm. About 2 hours after we started, their supervisor called to see how things were going. This was very encouraging to me to know someone in their office cares about what is going on in the field. Thank you, Moving Ahead Services for helping me do just that- move ahead.
