I would give them 10 million stars if that were an option!! Due to extremely unfortunate circumstances, I have had to move FOUR TIMES in the last year and if you’re reading this review, you probably can relate when I say that moving is extremely stressful, physically challenging, and to be honest in my case, an extremely emotional experience. But the four gentleman that helped me from Big John’s were just so wonderful in every way. I felt terrible for them because they had to move my things down one staircase at my old place and then up two flights of stairs at my new place, but they pulled it all off without a hitch. As I am now officially an expert on movers and moving (I mean 4 times in one year! From LA to Sacramento, then after only a month, back to LA, and then across the country to Cincinnati!! The dirt apartment was a dump and only lived there for 8 months, and now I’m in my dream apartment. Those are my credentials for calling myself an expert on movers!!) Anyways, as I was saying, Austin, Keith, Kenny and Mike were a total dream team! And though being emotionally supportive and fun to be around are things probably not in their actual job description, they managed to calm my nerves and make me laugh during the entire process. I am extremely grateful and I can not say enough good things about them. Best moving experience I have ever had! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Austin H., Keith, and Kenny did a phenomenal job of moving my belongings from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom condo. They were the perfect balance of being cautious and not running up the labor clock. The guys were very respectful of the belongings, properties, and me. This has been the best experience I've ever had with movers, and I've moved enough times in the past to have prior experience to compare against. Thanks to the crew (you guys were BEASTS!) and to Big John Movers!
