If I could give this company negative stars I would. We paid good money for them to specifically crate certain large, valuable and fragile items and they did not. When we received our stuff, the boxes were mangled with things literally falling out of them, many of our fragile items including an antique lamp, a book shelf and out 65" TV were broken and things were missing (a large mirror that went with an antique vanity that was on the originally list was not on the list when things arrived). We filed a claim and in the middle of it they emailed us saying "We regret to inform you that we will no longer be handling/processing your claim on behalf of your moving provider. Our service agreement with your moving provider has been terminated." So they are not taking responsibility at all. After seeing all the horrible reviews I would imagine that they would go broke if they took responsibility. What I don't understand is why hip this, unless they tale pleasure in destroying people's property. We used a company called American Patriot Movers who outsourced Moving Depot (probably because they were cheap). Please do your due diligence in research who the moving company uses and I warn you, do not use Moving Depot. Thanks for nothing.

RUN AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I AND SO MANY OTHERS MADE!! ALL OF THE "GREAT" REVIEWS ARE FAKE! Where to even begin.. This company deserves negative stars. We moved from Chicago to Phoenix. We called Alliance and they gave us a great price, they even beat all other prices we had gotten. The day of the move the movers almost doubled what was quoted. This is when we learned that Alliance wasn't moving us, Moving Depot USA was. We had to leave a lot behind because of the price increase and still ended up paying almost double of what we were quoted. At the time that we called them for pricing, it was stated to us that it would be 7 - 14 days before our belongings would arrive. They picked up our stuff on August 26, 2020. We arrived in Phoenix on September 1st. When we got to Phoenix we called to speak to a manager regarding the price increase. We called several times on the road to Phoenix but had to leave messages that were not returned. When we finally got a hold of someone, we were told that the price was increased because they claimed we had way more stuff than what we told them over the phone, not true at all. BTW, the woman on the phone was so sarcastic and rude. So, we asked for a list of items that they claimed to have moved for us. First thing on the list was a freezer. We do not own a freezer. Next was chairs, night stands, shelving units and a clothing wardrobe which I do not own. The chairs, night stands and shelving units were left in Illinois. I had to have my friend take pictures of everything we left behind and then send to these people to prove it wasn't on the moving truck. Natalie B. was suppose to call us back with a different quote, we're still waiting. Then on Sept. 11 we get a phone call stating that we will get our delivery in roughly 10 BUSINESS days. They wanted us to call on Monday Sept. 14 to get a more precise date. On Monday Sept. 14 we get a call at 6am that the movers will be here in the next 4 hours. They didn't even have an address to go to. Then 20 minutes later we get another call from the driver, now they'll be here in the next 2 hours. So, driver gets here. We asked to see our belongings because we had been reading all of these horrible reviews and we want to see if our stuff is OK. Nope, they will not open the doors to the truck until we give them another $800+ payment. My husband called Alliance who said call Moving Depot USA. This woman named Kay Smith was completely ignorant towards my husband and had the audacity to THREATEN and yell at him, she said "Come up with the money or I'm going to tell the driver to leave and then you'll owe double plus storage costs!" We paid it to get our belongings. As soon as the driver opened the side door to the truck parts of one of our rubber maid totes fell to the ground. They unloaded everything. I was talking to the driver who kept apologizing for the way our stuff looked. Our TVs were busted beyond repair. We put so much bubble wrap around them thinking they would be safe. One of them looked someone kicked in the screen. Sentimental items shattered. Plates, cups, pictures broken. All was bubble wrapped. He said he didn't pack it, Moving Depot USA did. You can see in the pictures how tightly they pack boxes and totes. It's easy to see how things get crushed. He didn't even work for them! He was driving for his own company. He told me that he delivers for many moving companies and that Moving Depot USA is one of the worst he's seen. Here's a kicker our stuff went from Chicago to Florida and then to Phoenix. Who knows where else in between. Kay Smith is in the Florida location, I believe the same for Natalie B. She (Kay) claims to be a manager and maybe she is but she shouldn't be. She's rude and ignorant, just nasty. The same for Natalie B. Actually, I kind of feel a bit sorry for them. People who are living a good life, their best life, do not treat people like this. It is sad. Sooo, I'm posting pictures. And those who need to be made aware of this company, have been. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Worst possible experience of my life. Almost all of my items were damaged. No one was helpful when I stated my delivery and elevator timeframe on every phone interaction. My items were held for 7 days, and company would not tell me where. My dresser and nightstand had been searched through. I had meds in my nightstand and when that was delivered, the bottle was under the drawer, clearly the nightstand had been flipped around. The manager was insanely rude. The company was to deliver my things within 24 hours of finding out I had left meds in my nightstand, and she flat out said that the dispatching company didn't notify them "because guess what, they don't care." They had young kids deliver my things and they didn't give me paperwork or go through the delivery inventory, so the company refused any reimbursement. Save yourself the headache and stay away.. they don't even deserve one star for a rating. Read the BBB reviews on this place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Again, Sherry has been disrespectful, threatened to hang up, took back her word on giving us a refund, lied to our moving contractors even though I have recording of the things she said. She was not willing to work with us or have any understanding. After the last time she hung up, she apologized and told me a sob story about her mother just to get me to accept her apology and then has the audacity to treat my 82 year old father like garbage. So much for having empathy towards the elderly unless it's her own mother? The fact that she is even bringing up her own personal issues is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be speaking with a manager of this company as Sherry should not be working in anything that has to do with dealing with customers. She treats people like they are nothing except $$ signs. She is using my father's age as a way to get more money out of him and there is quite a bit of ageism going on. Its despicable and disgusting that people could treat others this way especially when dealing with all of their personal belongings. My father has been without his things for 3 weeks and we have not been communicated with unless we reach out. This company should be shut down just by the way Sherry handles others. Don't use this service to save your life.

I hate the fact I have to go back and turn my 5-star reviews into a 1-star but that’s a shame on me because I reviewed before they delivers our items. Moving Depot was brokers out to us through All Coast Moving Co. we had a very small move of a 2BR apartment and had all of our stuff relocated to a storage unit in Cleveland from Chicago. Recently my wife and I went to the storage unit for the first time to check on our stuff since we are out of state and to our surprise we noticed boxes labeled as fragile were stacked with bins on top and completely crushed. All of our boxes were properly boxed and taped ahead of moving and now I’d say the boxes probably can’t even be picked up without breaking. We also have a broken bed frame and door counsel. I also had my sofa wrapped to protect it and it was unwrapped and currently not protected and scuffed. When I called All Coast they told me I have to contact Moving Dept directly. I emailed them my photos and concerns and received a sketchy response 3 days later that’s states “sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address”.
