We worked with Clay and Isaiah to shift a large amount of contents in the home to repair and update the other side. Within a timely matter they were able to assist me and get as close to the wishes as possible. I found the people I worked with to be courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and very hard working. The price for the strain seemed fair and the work they did I remain grateful for as I needed help. I asked the gentlemen if I could request them personally as I am impressed.

I have used the same company and the same moving team at least three times. Never had a problem until recently. Lester and his team moved me out of my townhouse into an apartment and not all of my belongings made it. There are several items missing. I’ve never experienced this before with this team they’ve always been friendly and given me excellent customer service. But I have unpacked all of my stuff and there are full boxes missing and decor completely gone. I gave them two stars because of the price. But I specifically asked for this team. I can’t believe this happened.

The 2 stars is because the move was done for a very fair price. The missing 3 stars is for carelessness with my belongings, and for very poor customer service and blatant rudeness of one of the movers for no reason at all... at no point did he even try to pretend that he cared about doing a good job. He and his colleague were over an hour late with explanation or apology, they damaged my bed frame with no apology, and one of them was generally rude throughout most of the process. Fortunately the company agreed to come out and repair the bed frame at no cost, though I will probably just do it on my own to be finished dealing with this company. Later I found the lining of my rug was also damaged during the move. Moving is challenging enough, having a mover with an attitude made it more difficult. The other mover was fine. Training in customer service for these employees is much needed... it is a teachable skill that matters.

Moving Done Right out of Lakewood moved our furniture from Castle Rock to Fort Collins. We sought estimates from several moving companies and they were one of the most responsive from the beginning as well as one of the most reasonable. They showed up when they said they would and their employees, Tyson and Isaiah, were a pleasure to deal with. They were very careful with our furniture and belongings, and ensured no contact between the furniture and the walls, despite some tight spaces in getting items up and down stairs. They were both professional and efficient, finishing in less than the estimated time which saved us a bit more money. This was money well spent and we would certainly hire them again if another move was needed!

We hired Moving Done Right to move several items from Littleton to Golden. The movers were exceptional! I haven't had the best experiences in the past with movers, but was super impressed with Moving Done Right. We had two great guys, Lester and Jim, that are true professionals! Everything was carefully handled, they were efficient, kind, and really to care in protecting our valuables with a flawless move, in addition, they were also just really nice people. It was pleasure to work with Moving Done Right and Jim and Lester. Many Thanks!
