Peggy's team did a wonderful job moving my mom as she downsized from independent living to assisted living within the same facility, Villa de San Antonio. The Villa had recommended Generations and they did not disappoint. In addition to just packing and moving, they encouraged my mom to keep some things she had wanted to put in storage that worked wonderfully in her new smaller space. Highly recommend hiring them, it's an extra expense but will make moving your loved one so much less stressful. Thank you Peggy and Generations Team.

Ryan and his crew came in on Aug 8, 2024 and unpacked a good part of my boxes. In addition they moved several item of furniture to the white elephant store. But for my poor moving preparation, I would be close to ready to enjoy my new apartment. To help me with my next step they staged furniture and opened boxes so I could see that which I was dealing. They couldn’t put anything else away as there no more room. Thanks again Generations for doing a fine job under terrible conditions.

We and my loved one had a very positive experience with your team. The ladies in particular worked so hard on the packing and unpacking. They were patient and kind. I'm very thankful for companies like yours that have a mission focused on this population.

the packers were efficient and worked well together. i don’t know what’s in the boxes that i have to open, so hopefully i’ll get done by Christmas. the packers were very nice, which i needed during this time. movers were great! i was so impressed how well one of them moved my furniture with care. and the rooms were all set up which helped so much !! thank you for everything peggy

Guys! This moving company was professional, on time, reasonably priced and got the job done. It took me a while to find a company. I read reviews upon reviews, and most of them were not positive. Anything from theft, damages, running the clock or not showing up. During my research I even had a company which I realized had cold called me based on my search online. My spidey senses were going off. They were eager for that deposit before even presenting documentation. I decided to see what this company was about first. I checked the address they had on the invoice and one was to a business plaza in NJ. The other address was to a motel in NJ. I was perplexed, and the other moving company never got back to me. Ms Peggy called me, and she was so nice. She took my information and went over the inventory with me. She gave me and min and a not to exceed pricing with the conditions which I thought was great. I did make that deposit so don't be afraid to do so with this company. I paid over the phone and they sent a receipt. The balance was paid after the job was done. Talk about having faith in your client. Saturday morning came and I had 2 movers, on time, introduced themselves and went over what I wanted done. It was yes/no ma'am from start to finish and they worked proficiently. My items were carefully wrapped and there was not one mark on my walls. They carefully placed every box where I wanted them to be. Nice and neat and cleaned up after themselves when removing any packing items. Their level or professionalism was better than the movers provided by the military when I was serving. I forgot to add this ironic twist: An unexpected event occurred where my car battery died right as the movers were about done packing and about to move to the new location. I was panicking. Jordan, the lead for the move assured me everything would be okay and allowed me the time to get my roadside assistance as they continued working. Thankfully my car stopped working at the residence being packed up and I was able to get a jump start fairly quickly. Not one time did the workers become impatient or any threat of having to pay more, or the like. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who has to move themselves. They take the stress out of the situation. Quality customer service is hard to find. I'm so glad to have had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service with Generations Team.
