This was the best moving service we have used. I have moved 12 times and this group of people were awesome! Considerate and manners were impeccable!! They did not dilly dally around and were extremely careful with our belongings! Would recommend them to everyone in Michigan. Very satisfied customer here!!

Worst experience ever! I found 4 different bags from fast food restaurants packed in with my valuables. They used my boxes as their trash. The boss didn’t show up once even though he promised he’d be there the entire time and his employees kept disappearing or were on “breaks” longer than they actually worked. Many items are still missing from the move and thousands of dollars in materials was damaged in the move. They even left some of my property and a huge pile of their empty boxes outside overnight in the rain and left it for me to clean up. They decided to bill me by the hour without my approval, nearly doubling the quote they estimated. When I called Serg to express my concerns, he still didn’t show up and didn’t notify me of an increase in the job’s cost until the week after the move. Just like anything else in life, you get what you pay for. I took the cheapest bid and got the worst experience for it. If you don’t mind them using your property as trash cans, stealing your property, destroying your property, and charging you double what they promised it would cost, then this is the perfect company for you!

We contacted Moving Michigan to move some of our furniture on a Friday. On Thursday it was obvious that we were running late, so we called and asked that the move be rescheduled to the following Wednesday. The truck showed up on Wednesday, and the men in the truck were great. However, our furniture was kept captive until we paid additional false charges. Although the movers showed up on Wednesday, the "gentleman" at the office told us that we had not rescheduled and he needed to charge us $400 because the truck sat at our address on the previous Friday. The question/ If the company had not been told to change the pickup to Wednesday, how did the company know to send a truck on Wednesday? Crystal ball? The office told it's truck to show up Wednesday, but forgot to cancel the Friday pickup. There is NO other way.

From their assistance packing all the way to placing items in my new home, they ensured everything was safe and organized. The entire team was very friendly, hard working and efficient. I highly recommend this company for any moving needs you have!

I'm actually writing a review from a move that was completed last year since I am shopping for movers again, but won't be returning to this company. The movers we received that day were unprofessional. One of the two movers was injured and should not have been working. He was on the phone most of the day. They broke a bookshelf on purpose before leaving our old apartment to demonstrate that it wouldn't survive the move. When I say "on purpose", I mean that they literally banged it and twisted it until it started coming apart. They snapped a solid wood bed rail clean in half upon arrival, rendering our entire bed frame useless. They did apologize profusely for the bed rail, but we were only offered a few dollars for the damage due to the way their insurance works, which pays out by the weight of the item instead of the value. They had commented on the extra wide staircase in our new apartment when we arrived, but still managed to make a large hole in the drywall (that we discovered after they left, they did not mention it to us). Screws from my desk were lost during the move, and the manager didn't call back for several days when I tried to reach out. I didn't write a review initially because it just wasn't worth the energy speaking with the company. For the record, I don't want to speak with them now either. However, it's been so long and my husband and I were joking about how terrible the service was, so we looked them up and I was surprised to see so many positive reviews. I think the mistake we made was telling the movers that it was the first time we had paid for a moving service; we didn't know the level of professionalism to expect and the movers took advantage of that. They were significantly cheaper than other quotes, but we got what we paid for.
