Moving Proz Kansas City Info | Compare Moving Quotes

I own a small moving company in Austin Texas and was delivering a load to KC. I enlisted the help of Moving Proz. From the initial quote call to the last item coming off the truck I was very impressed. Daryl and Gabe were amazing. They were good movers and very respectful and polite. They handled some big heavy items in a brand new house with really tricky conditions. 4 story home with tight turns at every corner. Nothing was damaged. No scuffs on the walls. Perfect job men. Thank you so much for the help.

0/10 I do not recommend this moving company unless you’re looking for careless movers who are too focused on their next job instead of carefully completing the current one, your furniture to be broken beyond repair, trash left behind in said furniture, damage to your house, AND incompetent customer service that doesn’t resolve or address your issues for over a month. I could go on and on about how disappointed and disgusted I am with this company. Additionally, they did not refund us for the moving boxes we returned to their warehouse after our move which was super inconvenient and also incredibly annoying. Added photos for context, they offer a service that will break down and re configure your furniture but because the crew that came out was in such a rush AND did not have their tool kit (??) our bed was put back together absolutely terribly, multiple parts were missing / broken and trash was found in the drawers from the crew ( disgusting).The dresser that they did not take apart is completely warped to the point of being unusable. A bedside table is shattered. There is now a large crack in the dry wall. An entertainment center is also broken. Based on the other reviews posted I am absolutely SHOCKED with the service we received. I paid $1,200 (way over the quote we initially received) for this service and am truly disgusted with how this has played out over the last month. I have finally reached my wits end and am exhausted so now writing this review after going around and around with their customer service. I’m sure this negative review will not be addressed and somehow taken down by google or the owner so I’m just screaming into the void, but if not I would seriously not trust this company with your move.

We had a great experience with Moving Proz! They were efficient and took great care of our items. We definitely recommend Antoinne, Adam, DJ, Devon, and Bradley for any move.

Both gentlemen were very polite. They were effective and efficient, and finished on time. This was my 19th move and it was fantastic! The prep work done prior to them moving the furniture was nothing like I have ever had before. Covering or shrink wrapping all the furniture to the floor let me rest easy about my furniture being taken care of. They were also very conscientious of walls and doorways when moving the pieces. It was absolutely the best move I have ever had, and as mentioned, there have been a lot.

These guys are amazing. We had Shiv, Tony, Jeff, and Chelbric help us with a move. Everyone was kind, funny, energetic, and they got the job done quickly. They take very good care of everything, wrapping up important objects and padding walls. These guys were truly great and each of them were very pleasant to be around even as they are moving around our heavy stuff. The company was great and specifically the guys that helped with our move. Moving Proz is the best out there!
