In our search for a moving company almost a month in advance, Gentle Giant was by far the best of the movers we spoke with about the job. They had a clear process, a quick and fair estimate, and terrific customer service. We booked them quickly. Our move today was superlative. The crew -- helmed by Armin, with Octavian and Eric -- was terrific. They were (1) on time; (2) careful with our possessions; (3); unfazed by our building's rules and idiosyncrasies; (4) positive; and (5) efficient. They didn't even get bothered by the rain. They came in just under the low end of our estimate. Moving is stressful. Armin and his team made it so much easier. A+. Gentle Giant is a great moving company.

This is the third time I have used Gentle Giant to move and again the experience was terrific. Gabe, Raoul and Dusan were prompt, friendly, courteous and efficient. Not only did they protect my floors when moving in, they removed the wrapping and blankets from the house immediately after unwrapping each piece of furniture. They did a fantastic job reassembling beds and bookcases and provided great advice about placement. They gladly repositioned furniture again and again at my request, all with smiles on their faces. They were very careful not to damage floors or walls and honestly, I couldn’t be more pleased with Gentle Giant’s service. I highly recommend them for any moving needs!

Hiring Gentle Giants was the best decision I made for a huge move from the East Coast to the West Coast. Dex was our crew chief and was an amazing guy to work with. He worked closely with Karui, Logan, Donny and Taner. They were professional, extremely good communicators, respectful, friendly, polite. Asked questions. Honestly, I would hire this crew in any capacity any time. Our crew had to work in a 110 heat degree index. They preserved and powered through the packing and the load out. I felt they were caring individuals. They asked appropriate questions and were all business. Huge shout out and THANK YOU to the hard working and very strong men crew team of Dex, Karui, Logan, Donny and Taner!

The team was cheerful, helpful and easy to work with! I felt well taken care of. Whenever I asked a question it was "Sure, we'll take care of that for you." From the first conversation with Alex who reassured me that my move was something they can handle, to my crew, Dex, Erick, Jamal, Tre and Zarko who worked so well together and always had smiles on their faces, to Dominique the scheduler who has been available and helpful, this team is a winner. This is only half of my move and I’m hoping to get the same crew when I move in.
