Moving Spaces by Bill caused over $5,000 in damages to our proy not packing our items safely for a cross country move. They placed a peloton bike ON TOP of a washer and dryer (now broken). They placed heavy boxes ON TOP of a solid wood table (now broken). Many of our BRAND NEW, identical size boxes were crushed. While their estimate and website state they have insurance, they in fact only have coverage for when they are in possession (ie-holding with their hands) of your items. It has been almost 7 weeks and the only response we got from them was they were contacting a lawyer to see if they should file an insurance claim (despite previously saying they would file an insurance claim) and now Stefanie Montgomery is not responding to calls or emails at all. This company has no responsibility to ensure your items make it to the final destination in one piece. They lack to skills to pack a truck for a long distance move. They won’t take ownership of damages caused by their workers and choose to ignore the situation instead of offering a simple, ‘I’m sorry, there is nothing we can do”. Edit to add: While I appreciate a response, the move was from Florida to Texas over one week.

I move a lot. They were by far the best I’ve experienced in Florida. On time, professional, super fast and helpful. They go above and beyond. Would definitely call again.

My wife, Barbara and I were very apprehensive about hiring a moving company after hearing so many horror stories. One of our friends belongings were actually held for “ransom” at the very last minute prior to unloading. Our situation also required perfect timing being that we sold our home 2-3 months prior to our new home being ready. Once we secured a place to stay, we embarked on planning the move. We had two 16’ PODS delivered, hired a company to come and move all our furniture into them and arranged for PODS to store them in a climate controlled warehouse till we decided to have them deliver it to our new location. Our friend strongly recommended MOVING SPACES BY BILL. We called and spoke to a pleasant young lady named Stefanie who explained the entire process including the fee and scheduling to us. Her communications with us untill the movers actually arrived were precise and reassuring. The movers, David, Hunter and Jay arrived on time and wasted no time in getting started. I was amazed at how carefully and expertly they loaded up all my furniture. Every piece was individually wrapped and covered. They filled those PODS as if they were playing Tetris. I will must definitely be calling them to unload the PODS when the time comes. Moving Spaces by Bill exceeded every expectation we would desire from a moving company and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Owners very responsive and extremely flexible when I had to rebook dates twice. Also very friendly. Guys arrived on time day of move and got right to work. They were friendly, careful, and quick. They didn’t leave until they were sure all my furniture was placed exactly as wanted - even measuring the wall to ensure items were perfectly even. Upfront cost and even came in below estimate. This is my 3rd house in 9 years and by far best moving company.
