Moving Star is an amazing company for many reasons. They are extremely reliable, respectful, and always on time or early. Also, they always stay within or lower than their quoted prices. Additionally, they can provide storage for your belongings in case you are not ready yet to have them delivered. When I was ready to have my furniture delivered, each piece arrived in perfect condition. And the moving team was very efficient, which kept the price lower. Highly recommended!

This company lost a big trunk which contained my winter blankets. I was moving to a much colder place and really needed them. They did not take responsibility and it was neither found nor was I compensated for their mistake. Me and my young child use sleeping bags as blankets as I could not replace what was lost as they were very good quality blankets which I expected to use for years. It has been an extremely frustrating experience and waste of my time in following up with the owner of the company who never provided a solution. There are better moving companies who will provide better services. Also, please ensure that you go to the weighing bridge yourself when they weigh your shipment.I do not trust this company. They could have deliberately stolen my trunk to cut down weight and still charge me for it.DO NOT recommend this company. Save yourself the trouble they will cause you.
