Rented a 10' truck to drive from St Pete, FL to Charlottesville, VA. 10 minutes later, a light came on saying 'Service Stabilitrak'. Returned it and got another truck that had a 'Low tire pressure-RR tire light on. The owner said he put air in the tire and the light would go off. It did a few hours later. I drove 9 hours with the truck that was 2/3's full. The next morning the light was back on. Stopped to fill it at 2 gas stations that had air but no gauge and the tire still looked like it had lost air. At the 3rd gas station, I bought a tire gauge and the PSI was 20. It was supposed to be 80 PSI. As very low tire pressure can be dangerous and cause accidents, I was glad we were okay. I checked with 2 other U-Haul representatives who said U-Haul should not have rented out a truck with low tire pressure, especially for a long distance drive.

If I could leave negative stars I would! Let's start with customer service! THEY DONT HAVE ANY! all male crew and they rude as hell! I canceled my reservation due an outstanding balance I have with uhual which i'm not even the one who need the uhual just the only one who know how to do online so I booked it! So instead of booking it in my mom name they still booked it in my name! cool! They have came up with they own policies and are not charging on cargo vans but not a big 10" truck! Ridiculous yea I know! They cancelled the reservation because I challenged them on this "policy" and called customer service who in fact said that was NOT TRUE AND IT WAS OPTIONAL! I'll never do business here again Every chance I get ima make sure they lose business!

This place is terrible. Whoever is running it should be fired. Trying to confirm a ubox and I'm placed on hold for 45 minutes and call a few times more to be placed on hold while talking. I highly recommend to not use this uhaul in any way shape or form.
