U-Haul could improve by not charging customers' cards twice without authorization. Then, when customers call in, they should not treat them like liars and make them wait on hold for over 45 minutes while your store and your call center get your notes together that should have already been in sync to begin with. I was finally refunded, but I was overcharged, not apologized to and overall treated very poorly. I will not recommend or return to U-Haul for service.

Staff and customer service was excellent and the process of renting was efficient. However, the trailer we rented had issues. It leaked in a rainstorm and caused some water damage to a piece of furniture. Also, one of the taillights fell out and was hanging by it's wires.

Sammy is a great customer service representative. Very friendly and knowledgeable representative. The Uhaul truck and all the equipment I rented from this location was in great condition. I recommend this location to anyone in need of a U-Haul.

Uhaul called me to pick up my truck a day early, then told me I can pick it up anytime throughout the day. I go to pick it up and it’s closed. Then I try to do the online pickup they don’t have my truck there. I wasted my time and money calling an Uber here for them to not have what I needed. If you going to make an inconvenience on the customer then reimburse them.
