I urge you to avoid working with U-Haul at all costs. Every time I visited my storage unit, it was sweltering at 95 degrees. Even U-Haul acknowledges this abnormal heat with a sign, yet resolving the issue seemed impossible. I don't have specific complaints about the employees, except for the manager's refusal to discuss the heat problem with me. However, the issues extend beyond just the temperature – there were also giant cockroaches and high prices despite the unbearable heat. It's frustrating when a company fails so miserably at their job that their primary service becomes obsolete. What's the point of spending over $130 to reserve a unit when it's as hot as a garage? Being ignored while facing such obvious problems is humiliating. Additionally, the abundance of "locked for nonpayment of rent" signs contrasts sharply with U-Haul's apparent negligence regarding the HVAC system. They are quick to demand payment but slow to uphold their end of the bargain, even if it means compromising customer comfort and safety. I cannot wait to never step foot in that hot, disgusting building again. It's a stark contrast to my experience with Public Storage, where my unit was not only half the price but also maintained at a comfortable 75 degrees. I implore you to choose Public Storage or any other reputable company over U-Haul. Don't subject yourself to the frustration and humiliation I endured.

I have been doing business here for over 8 years. I have always been satisfied but it seems like every time they bring in a new hire everything just becomes extremely complicated. I hired help today to help me move out of a storage unit and came to pick up a trailer. They needed additional contact people in case they couldn't get a hold of me, which I've only had to do one other time as long as I've been a customer with them. I just rented from a different location one day prior and was never asked the information. I can go down a few miles down and again I've never been asked for the information. If I deal with an agent that's been at this location for a while. Again, I'm not asked that information completely messed up my entire day and cost me hundreds of dollars after I hired workers to help me move and was unable to get the trailer here and other locations did not have what I was looking for. Actually quite disappointed.

I would like 24 hr. access, but that is a personal preference. I have more energy at night. Am trying to acclimate to the heat and air quality .I am new to Florida. But the facility and staff are stellar. Thank you for going above and beyond. A shootout to Andrew who took care of me and a hi to Timothy. Keep up the good work!
