Worst service ever. They moved my items without telling. They were stored with them for over 9months and I only found this out when I wanted to get my items out of their storage unit. That's when they told me they moved my stuff again to a box truck. Items and furniture are broken and the owner is deceitful. When they moved my items to my own storage unit, saw the condition of my items as the truck leaked and damaged boxes. They stacked heavy items on lighter items. They clearly had total disregard for my items but happily charged me and took my money. Check their complaints on better Business bureau, considering none of the guys I talked to work their anymore. Trash of a moving company with NO integrity. But I'm sure they will blame the customer in some way.... Update : there is no point in contacting them to "make things right". The text messages from whomever in the company regarding my items being moved without my knowledge were appalling. The nerve to tell me in text, they did it as a favor and didn't charge me for it was questionable, again, all in text messages. Items of irreplaceable value are also missing (late BF's $500 fishing suit and tackle boxes).

My sister and I called U-Move because we needed help last minute (we needed someone to move my mom out of her apartment the next day). We got Ian and Demyd, and they were great! They showed up, were super efficient at packing our stuff into the truck, and were careful when unloading and stacking it in the storage unit. They were friendly, respectful, and considerate. I would refer U-Move to anyone who needs a moving company

I recently hired Max for my move and he did a phenomenal job. He did not rush or take shortcuts, but was extremely efficient. He thoroughly wrapped and patted all my furniture and nothing was damaged. Max was also professional and very friendly. It was worth every penny to have the peace of mind that my belongings were being handled with care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the process of moving.

We hired “You- Move” to help us move from one house to another house in our city. Four young men arrived and spent over four hours doing an outstanding and incredible job. They worked nonstop and were extremely professional. There was clear communication and all four of these young men were very professional. They took great care of all of our belongings and furniture. There was not anything too small or too big that they could not move. when they arrived at our new home, they also did an outstanding job of unloading the truck into our house. I asked for specific boxes or furniture to be put in specific areas in the house or in the garage and they accomplished all of it. I would recommend this company to anyone at any given time. We appreciate what they did for us.

My daughter needed to get out of a abusive relationship and needed to move quick. Max and Sam were quick to help even though it was outside of normal hours. They came and packed up her belongings and even though it took a sheriff to come and tell her boyfriend to leave her alone while she moved her stuff out they were not phased by it. They were professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone needing really good people to help you move. Thanks so much Max and Sam for all you did to help our daughter and our family! Kudos!!
