I used Moving With Grace for a local move for the second time (this time to move between local apartments, previously to unload a PODS unit from out-of-state), and they were wonderful! They were very efficient and careful with everything, and really went above and beyond to make sure every large item was safe with wrapping and padding. They even helped move and disassemble some furniture items that I was not moving with, but needed to get downstairs for disposal. Pricing was fair and well worth it given the care they took with everything and how quickly they managed to work. The team was also great with communication before the move regarding getting a quote and setting the moving time. I had different crews each time, but both were friendly, professional, and super helpful. Overall, I've had a great experience with them twice now; much better than most other moving companies I have used in moving states several times over the past few years. Would absolutely use them again in the future!

Such an amazing experience working with Moving with Grace. The booking process was simple, estimate was fair, and the movers were polite and personable yet efficient. They arrived right on time and finished in under the estimated time frame. They even managed to swiftly move my very big heavy pull out sofa into a top floor apartment with lots of twists in the staircase into a tiny doorframe. Not to mention they wrapped everything in blankets and plastic wrap with extreme care. I have never been so impressed!

From our first contact until follow-up after the move, Moving with Grace was terrific. Justin came out surprisingly fast to give us a quote and explain how everything would go. We had not moved in over 30 years and had accumulated a lot of stuff to move. Justin was friendly, professional and efficient, and patiently answered our questions. The written estimate and inventory was clear and helpful. On moving day, the crew arrived on time and worked very hard. They were polite and professional and amazingly efficient. Jordan and his crew of Jacob, Tyrell and Colin were careful yet quick, and communicated well with me. Everything arrived safely to our new home. I was very impressed with all four guys. That evening, we discovered a problem with our bed. I emailed the company, and fairly early the next morning was called by Christopher, the operations manager. He insisted on coming out to check out the problem even though it was a Sunday. Christopher worked on the bed for quite a while, and then called Colin to come help. The two of them sacrificed part of their day off to remedy the problem – which was really caused by a poorly designed piece of furniture, not any error on their part. The issue was finally resolved and the bed worked fine. I have rarely seen such dedicated service in my 68 years. Everyone I had contact with in the company was polite and seemed sincerely eager to help. Moving was hard – but Moving with Grace made it much easier than it could have been. I am grateful to them and commend them all for going above and beyond to help us move.

We had a great moving experience. Scheduling was easy, and the estimate was spot on. The movers were friendly and efficient. I would definitely use Moving with Grace again.
