Got a message that I needed to call to schedule my delivery. Returned call within hour and before their closing hour. Left message, no response that day or the next. Called twice the second day, with same results. On third day had Craftmade Cabnets attempt calling them, while I waited Craftmade tried three times with no luck contacting them. Now 4 days latter I have still not been able to contact them,in any way.

Order #038472733 My original complaint was that I was told my kitchen cabinets would be delivered from 1-5 pm. I had an inspection scheduled for early the next morning. Nobody showed, nobody called, nothing. I called them several times throughout the day, nobody picked up. I tried the manager & there was no way to leave a message. After calling the next morning to find out what happened, the cabinets were sent out to me early the next business day. The representative I spoke to on the phone was apologetic & as helpful as she could be. The gentleman who delivered them was very courteous & professional. I very much appreciate the effort in correcting this situation. I’m only giving 4 stars because when I called about my cabinets on the day they were supposed to be delivered, nobody picked up & I couldn’t even get ahold of a manager, it was as if everyone just decided to go home in the middle of the afternoon. It does seem however that every effort is being made to turn things around, and quickly I might add, that’s definitely worth something.

Terrible experience terrible communication, no one available to answer the phone, both Monica and Art in scheduling were extremely unhelpful in clarifying my delivery time. Took the morning off from work and explained I had a 4 hour drive to get to the site to sign for my delivery. I was told to arrive no later then 11:30am, I’ve been waiting in my car at the site for over 4 hours past the delivery window after rushing my butt off in rush hour to arrive when Art had told me to. I don’t recommend this company if you like access communication and assistance with planning and logistics.

I had a terrible experience with MP logistics. They were missing some of my packages upon delivery and assured me someone would follow-up the same day to get it resolved. After several days of trying to get ahold of them, I finally got ahold of a manager who told me their notes said it was delivered and that he would look into it. Never received a call back. After multiple attempts, I was finally able to get ahold of them again. I was told they did not know where the package was and that I needed to call the point of purchase to resolve the issue. Zero accountability and zero customer service. I hope anyone reading this sincerely thinks twice about using MP Logistics.
