Very poor service and you have to wait 3 to 4 hours only for queue if you came after 9:30 .. the customer service is very slow and their token system and do Collection service is like a dinosaurs in world of Airplanes. In fish markets never crowded like this

Extremely disappointed with MSC Shipping Line's unresponsive customer service and delayed document approval. Had to dial 15 to 20 calls to get just 1 answered, only to be told that DO would be issued in 1 hour - a promise repeatedly broken. Every time, same excuse, no follow-through. Inefficient processes and poor communication. MSC needs to drastically improve their services, or consider closing their business

Useless company , useless employees. Untill 3 days there are preparing delivery order. Don't know which needs to prior Reefer container plug in will come once landed from vessel. There's person who is in the counter no.7 sitting simply and telling. We are working. You will get. I am not getting anything untill these 3 days. Simply sitting sleeping 😴 💤

God save US from using this line. no reply to your email., shipment delayed for 2month from china without informing proper reason. Called MSC office waited for hours everyday for reply but goes in vain. lost almost all my business due to MSC. thanks for that advise for all., please please avoid this line. use any othergood shipping company.. clear no to MSC for future.

I have not been ever frustrated in my life. I booked one export shipment from them to chase the invoice and know the payment took me until the shipment reached the destination almost 40 days later. Customer service, don't even get me started the worst CS. Try calling, them its either engaged or they do not pick up; you will be kept hanging. Releasing DO also they don't do in time, I mean what is the delay every single time? When you are service providers, you are answerable, if we get a revert from them makes sense, you try email to seniors working at MSC, all you get a automatic reposts. According to me they do not even pay attention to the emails or calls. I don't think they ever care about the reviews written about them.
