WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! THIEFS!!! DO NOT USE THEM!! We used MSJ for our move on June 29th. The estimate they gave me was for $5,500 to $6,500 and the final bill came out to $11,400!!! On top of that, they didn't even finish the move and left large items that didn't fit in the truck at our old house. Now I need to get another truck to finish the job. On top of that they damaged the following items: 1. Broke 85" TV 2. Damaged 2 cribs that they shoved through door frame. 3. Stained our recliner. So many other issues. They spent a RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF time overpacking items such as oils and silverware.

Painfully slow, and total bill was almost double the estimate. Strategically overtimed hours. Crooks. So many items damaged. Brand new cribs all banged up & chipped. 85” tv chunk out of. Walls damaged. I think some of the crew was on drugs. Would not recommend. And then, to add insult, tree and other items left and Andre says he could bring guys for $170 an hour, 3 hour minimum. After charging double & not completing job. Spare yourselves this horrible experience. Update: company went radio silent for our damage, even tho we paid for insurance thru them. Another scam. Only contacted us weeks later after we contested thru our credit card. Stu owner became threatening and still won’t address our damaged items. Peloton screen also broken bc they did not detach for moving.

From start to finish, this moving company was great! I needed some heavy objects -- piano, couch, etc. -- moved from the house to the garage before we underwent construction. Their prices were competitive, they were great on the phone when I scheduled a date on fairly short notice. The movers, Shawn and Miles, were professional and courteous, and carefully and efficiently moved everything. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend MSJ Delivery.

M S J Delivery arrived at our home right on time. Carlos, Miles, and Nicholas did a fantastic job moving us. They had to move us out of a 3rd floor condo and the sofa had to be lowered down from the balcony. The guys did an amazing job getting it down! They were very professional and careful with all our belongings, wrapped our flat screens, and glass tops and everything arrived at our other home in perfect condition. Great job guys. Would definitely recommend them to any of our friends and family. Will use them again if we ever need to.
