I recently used a Logistics Broker for my move from Michigan to California, and my experience was far from satisfactory. While my belongings were delivered from point A to B, the process was riddled with issues that left me disappointed. After signing the estimate, I was left in the dark about critical details, including the identity of the carrier. I was only informed of the carrier (MSN Logistics) after everything was finalized, and to my dismay, and lets be frank MSN Logistics have more bad reviews than good ones. Driver was late, but at least he communicated, but the person who initially picked up my belongings claimed he would be the one moving everything to California. This turned out to be untrue. A week later, I found out my items were stored in a Chicago warehouse, waiting for a new driver. When my belongings finally arrived, they had been shuffled through multiple trucks because the initial carrier couldn’t access my apartment complex. The result? Missing boxes and two broken pieces of furniture. Given that compensation for damaged goods is just $0.60 cents per pound, it wasn’t worth filing a claim. No surprise my items didn’t survive after being handled six times during loading and unloading. I would not recommend this carrier at all if you are able to pick and choose.

Please please please stay away from this company . They are a total rip off. My estimate went from 9700 to 19000 by the end . They kept updating the square footage and I couldn’t get any of my deposit back first deposit was 4000. When I did get my items delivered out of state. There was so much damage. I had to pay the full balance or they would not remove my stuff from the truck . The longer it stayed on the truck without payment they would start charging me per hour. As I started going through the times boxes over time I realized how much damage they caused . I paid extra for my motorcycle and piano and both were damaged. I made a claim and sent so many photos of all the damage and they sent a claim response of 60 dollars. I am looking into a class action suit . It’s disgusting practice. They should be shut down . I don't see my one star review here anymore so I'm putting it back. Terrible company that broke my TV, couch, pull-up bar, guitar, and more. If you were going to break all my stuff, I would've been better off throwing it all out and buying new things when I got there. Dispatcher and driver were completely unprofessional, I believe the dispatcher was fired but I would hope the drivers that trashed my guitar and TV go broke forever

We were impressed by the attention to detail and care taken by the movers. They wrapped our furniture with precision and loaded the truck with ease. Unloading was just as smooth, and they even helped us assemble our beds and tables.

Our cross country move from Chicago to San Diego could not have been any worse. I can say without a doubt that MSN Logistics (Best Quality Movers) is the worst possible moving company that anyone could work with. From what I can tell, they are the same company with different names which makes it easy for them to blame the other entity for anything that goes wrong throughout the process. Their estimates for what you request to be moved are so far off that when the movers show up for pick up they immediately indicate that not everything will fit so they can extort more money from you to move everything. I watched as a mover slammed down my boy's bikes in the truck. When I asked them what that is about they told me that "he has anger issues". Maybe you should be in another line of work if you are going to destroy other's property? The movers do not take the proper inventory of what gets loaded on the truck so when your property is lost they blame you because you signed off on their chicken scratch receipt. They lost a queen sized mattress that was later found in their lost and found! They pick up your things and essentially go radio silent for weeks. If you try to get an update as to what is happening, they can't give you an answer. If you call them too many times they will block your phone number. Even though it was in the contract, the movers that delivered the items did not want to carry things in because of a flight of stairs or assemble the furniture. They drove away even though their job wasn't completed. They delivered items that did not belong to us so I feel bad for those people, but chances are they got some of our lost things. The items that did make the move were not just scratched, but chipped and gouged. Almost every piece of wood furniture was damaged. Mattresses were ripped. Glassware was shattered. A metal stand was bent and twisted. When we complained about the damage, they told us that our things were "already damaged before the move". Who spends thousands to move broken trash cross country?!! Our things couldn't have been more wrecked if we told someone to intentionally destroy them.
