My. Zion moving and storage company did an amazing job at moving my 2nd floor apartment with 18 stairs to my new 2 story 3-bedroom townhouse. They came equipped with everything needed to complete the move and handled all of my furniture with care. The entire process was quick and unencumbered. Thanking you Mt. They moved my furniture and personal items from my townhouse to a storage since I rented out the home for the summer. The entire process from start to finish was a nightmare. From the very top of management to the movers, they seemed to be disorganized and inattentive to my moving situation. The lady I spoke to on the phone never got a grasp of when my actual move out date was and even questioned on the day of the move how I got her number (it was in the email signature and the appointment emails when she seemed to lose track of often). On the day of the move nightmare got worst. My original appointment time was for 12:30 pm on 5/31. The movers arrived at my house at 5pm. That's a 4.5 hour delay. The excuse was that the previous job seemed to be longer than they anticipated. That also happened on mine. Management got the timing wrong by 2 hours for the entire job since they missed some of the key items in their list that was supposed to be documented as part of the move. Lastly, one of the movers damaged my wooden table as seen in the picture above. This business has a 4.8 star rating, but I am highly disappointed that was not the experienced I actually received..
