Called within timeframe, for medical ride to outpatient surgery. MTS never confirmed and I called them every day. The day of my appointment MTS ordered an Uber. Uber didn't show up in time and when I called the Uber driver he was on another pickup. I had to ask a neighbor to take me to my appointment, and I was late. This service is not dependable, customer service blames lack of service on other departments. Don't use this service for medical appointments, take the bus more dependable.

I called this company to inquire about services on 7/19/22 and 7/26/22. I left a voice-mail with my contact information both times. I did not receive a call back until today 8/5/22. If their customer service is this bad, I can't imagine what their transport service is like. Response: Would you like to compare screenshots of our call logs??? I'd be happy to upload a picture to corroborate my story and debunk yours. I NEVER received a call back until today. And yes, I was highly irritated when you FINALLY called after nearly a month. Why the heck would I still be interested in a transport company that has no sense of urgency for customer service? Make it make sense.
