The entire process, communication, professionalism, and execution was very well done and impressive. Muberr must have a solid training program and solid culture. The 4 young men, Josh, Abel, Antonio, and Palo were very professional, safety conscious, and always hustling during the move. The team worked well with each other and I could tell they respected each other by the way they communicated. David who I worked with to schedule the move answered all of my questions and was amazing at following up, regardless of the time of day. Muberr is a full service mover and I am very impressed and pleased with the service.

My experience with Muberr was a mixed bag that keeps sliding down hill. The original customer service and professionalism was great. I had them both pack and move my household. The packing went fine, or so I thought. Moving day was a 15 hour nightmare that still isn't over, days later.. not only was most of my furniture damaged, nothing was put back together, not even my bed. The first night in my new house I had to sleep on my couch. Both my daughters beds were left in the backyard of the old house, which we couldnt locate until the following day, they also stacked a bunch of large furniture infront of a second floor bedroom door and showed it to me saying it was full and they needed to put ALL of my boxes for the majority of the house in one room as the rest were "too full". The following day I went to move the furniture in the room that was "too full" and found it nearly empty, meaning the boxes could've been brought up the flight of stairs for me. Instead I have to do it myself. I will say to their credit when I called to complain about the empty rooms and furniture being taken apart but not put back together, they did send their 2 most professional guys back to do it, which I appreciated. Other issues I've found include things like unlabeled or mislabeled boxes, things that were supposed to go up stairs didn't, one box had a butter dish packed with the butter still inside so it naturally was all over the box & it's items.. a few little things I can understand but for the amount of money I paid I'm largely still doing the bulk of this move myself. I didn't pay close to if not over 5k to still be hauling the majority of my boxes up stairs and having to repair and replace a bunch of furniture.. I also think they overwork their employees terribly, expecting them to work several 12+ hours a day in the heat doing what they do doesn't seem healthy, they should consider working in shorter staggered shifts. Ultimately I would say save yourself the time, trouble, and confusion and move yourself.

The three guys who came to move us were pleasant, understanding, efficient, quick moving, but also handled our stuff with care. We’re thankful for hiring movers to do the big stuff with the equipment you have to move it. Thank you so much for helping us. We know getting our washer and dryer in was a bit of a chore!

I have moved more than a dozen times and yesterday was by far my best experience with movers. Not once did I hear the guys complain or get frustrated. They were upbeat, personable, polite and very accommodating. That alone made the move feel so much less stressful but moving the items was just as great. They were incredibly efficient and knew what to do so well, that they made it look easy. Plus my items were protected better than other movers have done too! Already contacted my realtor to tell her to send more people their way. Can't recommend enough

The movers were amazing and took great care of my stuff. I loved the communication and would love to have these people help me again if I move. They were fast, kind, and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough!
