I gave them a couple chances but my things always arrive broken and damaged. This last time I used their service they opened my box and took several things out. I delivered my box and waited for it in Mexico, so I close and open my own boxes. I was missing a few expensive things. Spoke with the "manager", his customer service is horrible. He resorts to screaming and insulting. Ill be sure to spread the word and let people know. After this problem, I found out other families I know that were using this service were experiencing similar issues with this business and they all said they were using different companies now.

Good morning all. Just wanted to share the worst experience in using this company. Jose Luis is supposedly a manager but lacks communication skills and people skills amongst other things. I reside in Guadalajara and my folks decided to use this so called service, big mistake. As I called earlier (understood 2 he differences) he proceeded to lecture me about how early I called and I apologized. Today I called to check up on my box with a dispatcher female (very nice) Jose Luis took it upon himself to call all the way to Guadalajara to lecture me on why I was calling.?? He says “ I told you to call Thursday which is a lie ( it was Wednesday, however this person I feel is not qualified for the position he is in charge of. Not only is he not professional but condescending. I m sure if I had access roads directly to him , his conversation would take place face to face in person. I anticipate my box to be delayed and ruined because of him and will update if that is the case so the US clients can choose another safest, secure transportation service besides Mudanzas Michoacan. This guy even became irate when asked what kind of vehicles transported our merchandise. I wanted to use him for future deliveries due to my own transport business but using people like him will damage any business instead of gaining business. Be very vigilant. Shop around
