UPDATE: Double M never paid for the windshield and didn’t even try to make it right. Double M owes me copay money, I plan to send a legal notice to pay. If there was a zero star option, I would choose that. One of their trucks broke my windshield. I reached out to Double M Trucking the day it happened (7/5/2023), I didn’t receive a claim form till the following week. It is now 7/26/2023, Ashleigh and Penny have blown me off, not holding up their end. Not sure what type of operation they are running there, doesn’t seem to be a good one.

This company has irresponsible drivers who will wreck your vehicle, smash your windshield, and office will not ever return your call. Have been waiting for ANY follow up feom Ashley with ZERO return calls. No response to invoice ever. Not friendly dispatchers. Terrible in communication. Would never recommend their services. They are "based out of winters" and have been wreaking havoc in the San Francisco bay area relentlessly. Please never trust this company.

Called this morning with a truck number 19819 of the belly dump that was dropping aggregate and chipped my windshield in two spots traveling down highway 50 westbound before business 80 merger @ 6:50am on 7/17/20. Basically got some BS well sometimes some pieces get trapped and fall out oh well sorry about your luck excuse and I’ll let the driver know. A lot of good that does me thanks for the $300+ bill I’m going to get, will be exploring insurance options and any DOT disciplinary actions that will accept my photo evidence.

Double M has been serving the tri-county area for over 45 years. With the price of fuel and the heavy-handed California regulations I am amazed that they have been able to stay in business and offer affordable tracking options to farmers and road cruise in this area. The driver seem to be polite and not in a hurry which makes a big difference when you’re driving alongside them.
