I called for a cab n told them I needed a ride to my storage and back but I didn’t know how long it would take me at my storage unit. I said I would call them to get a ride back. Well 3 hours later trying to call every 15 minutes without a response just rings off the hook. Not worth my 12$ to cost me my entire day I didn’t have time to spare. What a horrible experience with this company. To bad there the only one n town.

Can't find my 78 year old father in law with dementia and the woman answering phones wouldn't tell me if they had picked anyone up from our address the police only ones they can tell he been missing 2 hours police so t get involved. So miss worthless he's 78 w dementia it's a different circumstance than a normal right minded person

The price is amazing and the drivers are good for the most part but I’ve been trying to get in reach with them for over two hours now and not one luck I’ve called both lines over 100 times. I understand you might be shortstaffed, but maybe you need two people on the phones instead of just one person

I understand that they are busy and have to shutdown the phones at times, but the last time I used them, they took me to work and I went ahead and scheduled and paid for my ride home....I ended up getting a ride from a friend and could not cancel the cab ride I had already paid for ..because the phones were shut down! I had paid for my cab on cash app, so I requested the cab fare back and it was declined. IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT I COULDN'T GET THROIGH ON THE PHONE TO CANCEL MY CAB! THEREFORE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED MY $7 BACK. Other than that, the service is great, drivers are very nice and always on time!
