They advertise themselves as sending the boxes to Venezuela door to door” you pay for a service, and “door to door” doesn’t happen. I told them repeatedly that the person who was receiving the box didn’t have a way to get to them. But they didn’t care at all. We all know how difficult & dangerous is Venezuela. They are risking ppl lives by having them pick up the boxes somewhere is not very safe, instead of delivering them like it’s ADVERTISED. They should of communicated that to me in the first place, so I could decide if I wanted to send the box or not, but instead, they ask for the address where the box needed to get delivered at and all of it. They lost a customer for sure. They are very irresponsible & unprofessional.

Horrible experience. I sent two boxes to Venezuela, full of gifts for my family. The boxes took almost 4 months to arrive and half of the things were stolen. Communication with these people is very difficult.
