Broke a huge limb off our Japanese Maple “because it was in the way”. Apparently tossed my $5,000 bedroom set around like it was nothing. Damaged the door frame. Dented the fridge. So many things! I spoke with the manager and then spoke with the owner. They made big promises to rectify everything that happened, and I never heard back from either one of them and it’s been 3 weeks. So disappointing. Do not recommend! UPDATE: Take a look at all the 1 star reviews. Promises from the owner “to make it right”, with absolutely nothing coming from it, including me. Not a single phone call again. Nothing done to “make it right”. If you like your furniture the way it is, do not use this company!

Be honest you're worried about your things getting destroyed and your house being damaged. When we moved, my wife and I had so much anxiety about the movers. We literally pulled each other aside the day before and before the movers got there day of and told each other, "things will break, walls will get damaged, and we will be okay, it's just something we have to deal with and we will stay calm.", because we've moved before and it's just what happens. I can't begin to even truly explain how far from what we were expecting moving with Murfreesboro Movers was. The guys were so professional and careful. They were kind and polite the entire time they were moving things from start to the time they left 12 hours later when all was said and done. They were so careful and methodical when they had items they were carrying as to not damage the walls. Nothing, ZERO things were broken. There were ZERO dents or dings in the walls of the rental we moved out of or on our brand new house we bought. I'm talking sofas, tables, tools, 100 plus boxes, clothes, baby crib, mattresses, bed frames, appliances, gun safe, etc. Both houses were two story and these items were moved up and down stairs. ZERO wall damage or broken items. This is not a paid review, I'm not affiliated with the company in any way and I can't even promise your experience will be identical to ours because I don't know what guys you'll have. But the guys we had earned and deserved this review to be truthful. This is days later and my wife and I still say how impressed we are. This is our last move for a long time, so I don't know if they'll even exist if and when we move again, but if they do, we will use them and will recommend them to anyone else.

I cannot recommend this company enough. There was great communication from Aaron throughout the process .They showed up on time on the day promised + did an extraordinary job. We actually had to add a few items to our original discussions + it was no problem at all. They didn't stop working the whole time which, when I'm being charged an hourly rate, is very good, indeed. Danny, Chris and Jack could not have been more polite, professional or careful with our things.. The price was extremely fair + the work was exemplary. I feel like I was treated very fairly + given the service agreed upon. Great bang for the buck!

They did a fantastic job! My crew (Danny, Jack, & Aaron) was stellar - super-nice guys & a work-ethic that doesn’t quit! They treated my stuff as if it were their own. They even made sure all of the furniture was where I wanted it before they left! I will definitely book them if I move again.

Hanoi , Ruben , Novodny helped make our move stress free !! Very polite and professional. These guys did not stop from the time they got here until the time they left ! Which means a lot when you are paying by the hour. They had our 26 foot U-Haul that was packed from top to end, unloaded and placed everything where I needed it to go in under 2 & half hours. I spoke with so many moving companies and Murfreesboro Movers stood out the most. Aaron answered all of my questions, & put me on the schedule immediately.. Communication is everything and Aaron nailed it !!!! He was professional and met all of our needs. I have already reserved the same crew to meet us back for our final move. I can’t say enough good things about this crew. Stop looking and just book with them. You won’t regret it !!!!!!!! Moving from another state is stressful , these guys made it so smooth !!
