The driver was very caring and compassionate, on time and went out of his way to help. However the office personal (Tiffany) called me 4 times in a 2 day span regarding payment. She invoiced me through email and the following day after getting my mother settled (who is bedridden) mailed a check for the full amount. I felt a bit harassed and not trusted, perhaps they should collect payment prior to services. So unprofessional of her.

If you expect a professional Transportation Company to rely on, Do Not Trust Murphy transport.a company not to entrust. I have had the worst encounters with this company trying to give them the opportunity to make right on their bad decisions and bad worth ethics but they have chosen to prove that they are unworthy of making professional decisions. The owners are very self centered and unworthy the unprofessionalism that I encountered with the owner Brenda has gone to the extreme of her making block calls not answering phone calls by mean when attempts have been made to discuss business issues. Untrustworthy
