This transport company was hired to deliver my 2019 mobile home from Goshen, IN to Northern MI. About 25 minutes from my property, the escort driver rear ended my brand new home. When the company brought my home to my property I was told the outside was damaged, but the interior appeared fine. I was told I would receive the police report and escort companies information. All I received was a name and number of someone who simply hung up on us. Our home had extensive damage. Piping was broken, frame of singlewide was broken, floor inside was buckled, and the back supports were broken. $4500.00 later and $1080.00 in rental fees, we are finally living in our home. The company we purchased the trailer from has paid for damages, however, Murphy's Law not only has not paid for the money we are out in renting a place to live, but they take no responsibility and do not return our calls, texts, or emails. When the home was first damaged this company played the blame game and was NOT helpful in getting anything done or reimbursed. Now we have to file a suit just to be able to receive what we are out. RIDICULOUS!

Just had them move a mobile home for me... I called them and they had it moved the very next day on top of it they had a rough time getting it into the spot I wanted it absolutely no complaints with them!

They told us a date they would move our trailer. They changed it after we were waiting for them two times, then the day they were going to move it they never showed. They had us waiting at 6am they wouldn't answer or respond until 8am then said we would have to find someone else. They are a huge waist of time. They will waste yours too!!!
