This review is for Miss Annie and Marcus. This is my first encounter with Murray Transfer and I was very impressed by these two individuals. Both Annie and Marcus were polite, professional, and displayed one of the hardest work ethics I’ve seen from a professional service in a long while. They worked for hours to ensure every item inside my house was professionally packed, boxes secured, and boxes inventoried and documented. They deserve a raise and recognition for their tireless drive to accomplish the mission. If Murray Transfer is anything like these two remarkable people, I recommend this company for your packing needs. Five star experience!

The office staff was wonderful. They first arranged an agent to visit with us and evaluate our needs, make suggestions and provide a written quote with a timeline of pick up, transport and delivery agreeable to fit our needs. Murray staff also provided sufficient wardrobe containers that we required. The Mayflower truck driver arranged and oversaw the packing crew, ensuring that each packed box/item was catalogued and properly protected before being placed on the truck. An acceptable timeline for delivery was given and adhered to. All of our personal belongings were unloaded in a timely manner and placed in the predestined rooms. We would definitely recommend Murray Transfer and Storage and Mayflower for your moves... local or long distance.

From day one all went well. Our first contact was with Bette who talked us through the process, estimated the final cost and answered all of our questions. Then came the packers. Two nice women who knew how to do the job and were also fun to have in the house. Thomas (the driver) and his crew were quick, courteous, personable and very professional. Delivery of our goods to the St. Louis was on time without a single item harmed or broken. Well done. We are glad to recommend Murray Transfer.

This place is abosulute garbage. I would not let these people touch my furniture. I picked up a load from the warehouse and it was covered in fresh mold. All items were sitting out inside of the warehouse. The warehouse men were absolutely rude and unprofessional. FRANK BAKER is the man behind this operation and should be terminated from this business. As soon as I stepped foot in the warehouse it smells horrid of mold. I would stay clear from dealing with these clowns.
