This is the second time I've used Muscular Moving Men to move my home. They are always punctual, detail orientated and truly care about their work. The crew led by Oddie was awesome! I was initially quoted 5 hours but it only took three. I absolutely will use them again. Thank you so much for the great job!

The team doing our move from Muscular Moving Men has been nothing less than outstanding. The team is highly professional, courteous and very friendly. They have handled our furniture delicately and with respect. We would highly recommend Muscular Moving Men.to anyone who needs a their household items moved. Thank you for a job well done.

***UPDATE- Despite what they write below, the general manager and all involved have done nothing. They told me to file claims, had no remorse and the GM himself told me to have my lawyer send him a letter. That is what “resolution” this company gives. In addition they damaged private property and the police were called, which the neighbors filled me in on later so this is going far higher up than a review here. Stay AWAY!!*** Over $10,000 in damages, day laborers, despite being told that I was going to have a team of professional movers that are drug tested, full on lies about unloading delivery date, packing materials not being provided at all (no bubble wrap no crates no blankets all of which were paid for) absolute chaos with drivers not having two trucks that were supposed to be provided and with day laborers randomly bailing out on the job, and people being brought in as friends to help out that then quit unpacking because they’re tired. Now imagine this, chaos from beginning to end and when you begin to watch the movers unload open boxes with items that were not packed the first one handed to you is your dogs ashes broken completely open, art items, completely damaged and ruined, not even remotely packed or wrapped another box where the movers just literally threw everything into it at 10 pound subwoofer completely dented in as if it fell on the floor thrown on top of glass artwork, original prints, your mattress, not covered at all filthy having been moved into different trucks three times which you were not made aware of completely ruined, oh and to top it all off the last thing you’re unpacking with the movers is a can of your soup that one of them decided to eat up because they did wrap and put in a box. Let me be very clear. I am hoping that I do not have to take this to litigation, but I would very strongly urge anyone else to stay far away from this company to never be in this position. I have lost things that have no value amount you can put on them that belong to my father who has passed. I have moved State to State three times in the past four years and never have I ever experienced anything like this. Neither has anyone else that’s witnessed this. Trust me go somewhere else, I can only hope that they figure out someway to try and make this right otherwise I have a long road ahead of me for Justice and I don’t want anyone else to experience that with their precious belongings. And as bad as everything that I just said is, it’s not even covering the full scope just go somewhere else trust me.

They had 2 people show up. But one stayed in the truck the majority of the time. All heavy furniture including mattresses, couches, and dressers were carried by one person and were dragged across the ground and severely damaged. I purchased the simplest “insurance” plan as an extra coverage just in case. When I wrote out in the end what was damaged, they said there was a maximum $75 per piece they would reimburse me because I had not chosen a higher policy. IMO when I purchased the policy, I purchased it as a safety net against “accidental” damage, not a catch-all for poor quality service through an entire job. No one that works there is strong. Especially one person who has to carry huge pieces of furniture. Very disappointing. I also do not think they had enough equipment to do the job. My mattress was literally out of the bag and dragged across the ground. Sectional couch with tear. Would never recommend.

We had a great experience with muscular moving men from start to finish. They were able to give me an estimate over the phone. I happen to catch the CEO of the company on the phone and he came within $100 of my actual cost to do the move, our movers were James ,Angelo ,and Joey. They were friendly, personable, cheerful, and did a great job very hard workers. All of my belongings were wrapped and padded and handled with great care. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more in my experience with these movers.
