Very unsatisfied! I ordered clothes that were advertised with sued logo on the back. When it arrived I was astonished that the clothes are totally diferent than I expected! Thick fabric, no logo, even no respond from the producent! I dont recommend this fake brand.

Today I was in the boutique on Krucza Street with a plan to buy something for my girlfriend for her birthday. I have never experienced such excellent service before. Professional sales ladies with a smile on their faces. I liked a dress that was not available at the time - the regret of not buying this particular dress quickly passed, because the ladies immediately offered to take it from the warehouse :) Nevertheless, with the help of the ladies, I managed to choose something for myself. A short-sleeved shirt is a perfect choice, great cut and quality material! I can definitely recommend this place! Great service and clothes :)

I have been a huge fan of Muuv clothes for years. I'm slowly losing count of them in my closet. Each new collection is a source of excitement for me: what will girls delight me with next? However, recently what impressed me even more was the cooperation with the boutique, even though I haven't been to the boutique itself! I fell in love with one dress, I decided to buy it quite late, and when I finally made the decision, it turned out that it was not in my size. With a heavy heart, I decided to look for her on a Facebook group for fans of this company's clothes. How surprised I was when, moments after posting, Iza contacted me with the wonderful news that the last size was in the boutique and waiting for me! As I'm from Silesia, a trip to Warsaw was out of the question and Iza saved me here too: she offered to ship it from the boutique to my address! Come on cosmoooos! The whole process went so smoothly and quickly that I was wearing my new dress the very next day! I wholeheartedly recommend cooperation with the boutique! Such commitment to good customer relations is unheard of in any other store :) Ania

I have been a muuv customer for years and I must admit that all my clothes are still of great quality, even after years of wearing and washing. I have been to the boutique on Krucza many times and, unfortunately, I always see the same problem there - a terribly dirty fitting room. There are dust particles the size of walnuts on the floor, I don't understand how the staff can ignore such a condition of the fitting room.

Well, my experience is average, to be honest, and I have always been attracted to these clothes, looking at their website and the entire style. The sale came a few months ago and I decided to make my dreams come true. I chose 3 things: a long and short Nelly dress in lilac and a longsleeve made of ribbed fabric in creamy white (I think this color is called coconut on the website). At first glance, I really liked the blouse, the fabric is very pleasant to touch and wear, it also looks nice on the body, but... well, I admit that I was surprised when, after 2, maybe 3 hours of wearing it, I came back home and While taking it off, I noticed, holding it up to the light, that there were some strange streaks under my arms, where the material touched the skin... it was the first time I had seen something like that in a new product. The stains did not come out in the wash, then I tried to remove them with baking soda paste and it actually helped a little. I didn't bother with the return, I thought it was a waste of time. When collecting the online order, I saw information in the store that you cannot return a product purchased in a stationary store... a strange policy, but well, I was glad that I placed my order online. The dresses arrived very wrinkled, I understand that they came from a warehouse, etc., but they still looked bad, in this condition you could see their full potential. There is a lot of material, the form is shapeless, which I liked, but such an amount of material for these thin straps is a misunderstanding. Generally, photos are gold, but in real life, if you're not 180 cm tall and slim, you may look different :) Of course, I sent the dresses back, they cost about PLN 180 each on sale, which may not be a huge amount, but it could have looked better. Ultimately, this is a typically seasonal purchase. To sum up: sometimes a dream should remain a dream :|
