I'm sick of their incompetence! Their services are almost never on time, and their stations are like ruins with graffiti, trash and broken windows everywhere. But that's not the worst of it. Instead of using real English (the American kind), they insist on this stupid British English for all their announcements. It's like listening to a pretentious tea party when you're late. Annoying? You bet! Now let's talk about those rainbow flags. I just want to get from point A to point B without their stupid, inappropriate rainbow propaganda being shoved in my face. And those ticket machines? They replaced the nice, standard red ones with blue and yellow ones - the colors of the Ukrainian flag. How unnecessary and downright stupid! Public transportation has nothing to do with political statements. Stick to getting us from A to B and leave the Ukrainian and rainbow flag-waving out of it! And let's face it - it's no wonder so many people, including me, ride black. This nonsense isn't even worth a penny.

MVV refuses to give me a refund on a ticket that has not yet even started and had said that they will refrain from responding to anymore emails about that subject, despite the MVV and DB website saying that refund should eligible. Poor customer service.

Watch out when they're switching bus drivers. Don't hesitate to walk up and ask them to switch faster. They talk socially and you may miss your connection / transit by just 1 minute. You'll wonder what 1 minute delay causes. Well S8 in Donnersbergerbrücke comes every 20 minutes. And S1 going to the airport is sometimes delayed. Those drivers are doing their job to their best but the socializing with fellow workers could be disruptive. I know they'll say "plan earlier next time it's Germany", but they publish bus schedules you can't count on, due to their own sluggishness. They should be held accountable.

Here to catch my tram for starting my day to visit around Munich. There’s no any shed for covering you in rain or bad weather but there’re couple of cafes around. Not a good experience with late running service. After 12 minutes at least tram was there. Anyhow I really like tram network in Munich.
