I recently used MyWay mobile storage of Grand Rapids to assist in a move from home to home. The whole process was very smooth. They communicated well about when the pods were to be delivered, they asked where in the driveway I wanted them. They have a request form you fill out when you want them picked back up as well as re-delivered to your new residence. There is a lot of fine print with all of their documents so as long as you read everything carefully you will have no problem at all abiding by their guidelines and making it a simple and easy process. Definitely would use them again in my next move!

We used MyWay for our recent move and the service all around was great! The office staff were easy to work with and very thorough in explaining our options. Ken, the delivery and pickup person, was always on time and called to confirm pick ups and drop offs. It was also an affordable way to move. We definitely recommend MyWay and would use them again if we needed to move or store anything.

I compared MyWay to the more well known purveyor of mobile storage and I was surprised by how much better it would be for me to use MyWay. The folks at MyWay were very responsive on the phone with my initial inquiries, scheduling for drop off/pick up when we moved out of our house, and then again scheduling for drop off/pick up when we moved into the new house. I appreciated how well it all worked and would strongly recommend MyWay for mobile storage. It's great that they were so helpful getting the storage units delivered to fit my timeline (getting out of our old house on time and getting into the new one quickly after our closing). The owner of the company called me to ask how they did and thanked me for my business.

I originally chose MyWay because our Mayflower movers we had booked completely flaked, leaving us in a bind at the last minute. A friend told me about MyWay... "it's like PODS but better, cheaper and locally owned..." I called in a panic trying to sort out the chaos... I didn't know how many to get, when to get them, how I was going to pack up and load... Right away they connected me to Gary, the owner, who eased my concern -- after a few minutes of discussion Gary came up with a plan and even turned me on to trusted packing and moving labor companies they've worked with in the past. Not only did Gary's plan work out, but when we needed to adjust midstream because of changed closing dates, he made sure I wasn't left in a lurch by delivering a couple extra units at 11pm... himself! MyWay has been the best part of our move, not only does Gary stand by his word, but the entire company goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. I look forward to working with them and recommending them to everyone I know. Nice job guys!

A wonderful company to work with. They were flexible and friendly and made our move that much more stress free. We had to have new floors put in while we moved and the storage containers were perfect as they sat in our driveway we had easy access to our belongings while the house was in transition. A couple other companies in our area were priced higher and had lack luster customer service. If you are looking to move use MyWay!
