DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR WITH THEM!!!! I am a young woman who bought a car with them last year and they are the worst. I financed a 2012 Audi with almost 30% interest rate. Not only is the interest rate ridiculously high, the car didn’t even last me a month. It broke down on me on the side of the rode, stopped running, and the check engine light came on. I didn’t get in any type of accident or anything like that it simply stopped running properly. I let them know about this issue they told me there’s nothing they can do, they don’t do warranties. I have been paying for my car note on time every month for over a year, have never missed a payment WHILE THE CAR DOES NOT EVEN RUN. I can’t even use it at all, the mechanic I went to said it would be more than 2 grand to fix and I am a college student without that kind of money. The company seemed to be family owned and understanding of that when I initially bought the car but every time I try to get in contact with them about the situation they brush me off with no remorse and tell me there’s nothing they can do. I’m really disappointed they put me in this predicament. I would never recommend them to anyone. I was just looking for a car to get me through college and it turned out to be a nightmare.

Don’t trust theses guys good customer service bad intentions. They sold me a car that looked good and claimed they put new parts and whatever. But, they never told me my car goes into limp mode. They knew I know they did they wanted me to sign paperwork that agrees that if something happens to that car they’re not responsible. I paid a good amount of cash too they are nice and all but, they’re little sneaky and I’m not the only one they did this too. You either get good car or you don’t with these guys all I got to say is buyer beware.

I've been looking for a convertible SS Camaro for over a year now. I had a lemon law lawsuit against Ford for a 2021 Full Size Bronco. I really enjoyed that vehicle as it was a 4x4 plus convertible. After dealing with some manufacturer defects & Ford keeping my Bronco at the dealership for over 4 months I decided to lawyer up. An attorney by the name of Sotera Anderson won our case and I was able to purchase a 4x4 Pro 4X as well as this 2012 SS Camaro convertible. The only reason I didn't buy a newer Maro is because they go for roughly 50k. I didn't want to pay that much so I shopped around for a reasonably priced pre-owned. That's when I came across this beauty. She's older but had the look I wanted. After driving to Tracy from San Jose that morning I ended up texting the dealership(warehouse). The rep got back to me & met me at the warehouse where they store their vehicles. At first it seemed sketchy but it wasn't my first time interacting with dealers that sold out of a warehouse so I moved forward with everything. I was initially greeted by Alex. He was super easy to work with & tossed me the keys upon arrival. I took the SS for a test drive(I like to take my time to get a feel for cars of interest)& this mother was fun & exciting to drive! I just had to have her so upon returning to the dealership(warehouse)I was greeted by Rafai who was an NMotion Motors salesman as well. Rafai asked if I liked the car & I explained I was taking her home with me that day lol. I had some banking to do but all worked out. Rafai waited until I returned from San Jose to complete the purchase. A week went by & I inquired with NMotion Motors in regards to the DMV status. I ended up speaking with Ahmed Maam & he assured all was good. He sent me a screenshot of my DMV registration & also fast tracked my plates & tags to my home address. This by far was simply a great experience. Ahed made it easy for me after some concerns I had were addressed with him. His follow up & follow through were greatly appreciated & for this I will refer friends & family to them as they not only have great deals but make the car buying experiences hassle free. Thanks NMotion Motors team -you guys rock!

The atmosphere here is nice and the guys are professional, but unfortunately they did not tell me of the things that are wrong with the car. It’s on my part as well, because I didn’t take it to my mechanic, but there are multiple things wrong with my car. There is an Oil Leak, which is $100, The Water Pump needs replacing, which is $780, the Valve Cover needs replacing, which is $390 and the engine mount needs replacing as well, which is $800. All of this combined is almost $2,000 for everything to be fixed. The mechanic I took it too, said the dealership should have known about these problems before they sold it to me. That’s not good business if they don’t tell you the problems of the car you are buying. If I were aware of the problems, I would’ve made a better decision. I love my car regardless, but that isn’t right with how they didn’t disclose the information to me. I bought a 2012 Audi A6 3.0T from them. It’s becoming super expensive to be fixed. I came in for a service and it’s turning out to be about $4000 to fix. What’s not wrong with the car? Everything is wrong with it. The dealership won’t answer my emails or calls.
