Our experience with N-Route's furniture delivery has been less than ideal. Two pieces were missing from our initial delivery, even though we had it on good authority that they'd been delivered to the warehouse. Weeks passed with no communication. I reached out about the pieces with several emails and phone calls only to be ignored. We finally received the delivery--partially. One of the pieces was damaged and will have to be replaced. The delivery guys were professional and quick, but that's been the only positive.
