Horrible service! Car picked us up from our flat 25 min late, then drove 15 min wrong way. On return back, next driver late as well, and then rude to my wife on the phone calling 20 min after he was supposed to pick us up asking where where we. Ubered, moved on

Good morning all I am an active driver/ contractor for CTG, the company staff Nasim, Kumar and Fatty don’t care about drivers nor the customers. MTA pays these Russian MOBSTERS a lots of money to pay the driver’s the keep all the money in they pocket. They charge $1.00 for each job, $1.25 that the driver collected and also there’s a 25% deduction from your check every week for commissions plus an extra unexplained deduction every week. They use to pay $5.00 for A NO SHOW. Now they pay $2.75 they kept the rest when I asked about it fatty told me that they going to start taking the money from us when we sleep like it was just a joke. Also they pay the drivers like we were cab service when we doing MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR MTA. Over all I give CORPORATIONS TRANSPORTATION GROUP (CTG) A -1 star because all they care about is money.

Booked a pickup on August 12 for September 10 @ 3:30 pm from LGA. They left my wife and I standing on the curb and were not too concerned about getting us to our destination. No one even called to tell us they had no drivers. Not sure why they exist if they are going to operate like a ride share service or worse.

They are offering the service for the New York Presbyterian Hospital staff during the Covid which is good. The driver and the shuttle bus are all good but the helpdesk has terrible altitude. Very impatient and offers no answers or useful information at all. Terrible experience to interact with their helpdesk.

Passengers beware!! I was quoted a flat rate from the cruise ship terminal to EWR of $95. He pointed to thier sign saying "our price is better than taxi because it's a flat rate--no meter running while sitting in traffic." Got to EWR and because I was paying with a credit card the price is suddenly $143!! When I refused to pay that the driver offered to take me back to cruise ship terminal. I told him to call his boss. He asked if I wanted to pay with Square?? What's up with that? Very shady. I ended up paying $130 with all the "tolls, ervice charge, NYS Injury comp.
