7-17-24 - Driving south through downtown Louisville on I-65 today about 12:30pm (50-55 mph zone), one of your trucks was weaving between lanes, easily doing 70+ in bumper to bumper traffic. Tried leaving a voicemail but no option on your phone system. Was on my bumper in far left lane and then switching lanes to pass even though lanes were full all around.

Not sure all the circumstances behind some of these ratings but this family is one of the kindest families in any of the surrounding communities. They care for people and invest into people and have for as long as I have known them. Business is tough. To be successful sometimes hard decisions have to be made. It is too easy to blast someone because of hurt feelings. It is hard to look past personal issues or opinions to the real person. I can say this, whatever you are told from the owner of this company, you will get exactly that or more if it is better. Before you decide on a trucking company or decide against this one, talk to the owners for yourself and come to your own conclusion. You will not be disappointed.
