Dr. Summers is abrasive person who lie to and minimize a patient to save face. He became aggressive towards me when I questioned his explanation of my wife’s pain. I didn’t know he already had a preconceived idea of me prior to meeting him due to a colleague informing him of a interaction I had with them. He was contradicting himself to me and my wife. He was fully unprepared and unaware of the full extent of my wife’s condition because he didn’t take the time to read her medical report thoroughly, this is after three times he had seen my wife before he knew my wife also has a bicep tear. He will not take what my wife is saying seriously, even though her own primary doctor stated physical therapy would not work at this stage. He continues to push it without considering any other options. My wife’s quality of life is very poor at this time and it has been for more than a year. Instead of showing empathy and compassion, he will lie, contradict and minimize to save face.
