PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. I am always apprehensive when I have to search for any type of automobile care. I needed a flatbed tow for my car after sustaining a flat tire. I was pleasantly surprised when I called Native Towing company and an actual person picked up the telephone and spoke with me. It was Mike, who is the owner/operator of Native towing company. Mike is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and punctual; he arrived to my residence within 20 minutes of our telephone conversation. Mike was extremely capable and competent, demonstrating proficiency and care when loading my vehicle onto the flatbed tow truck. Mike made this experience as pleasant as it possibly could be when you are getting your car towed to an automobile dealership due to a flat tire. I would highly recommend Native towing for any type of road service that your vehicle requires because of Mike’s professionalism, skill level demonstrated, and especially because of his polite, courteous and friendly nature; demonstrating excellent customer care service.

Mike from native towing is the best tow truck driver I have ever met! He made towing a truck after a car accident a pleasant experience which is the first time for me. He was quick with coming on the scene of the accident and diligent when hauling the truck onto the tow truck. You can tell he cares a lot for his business and customers. I will be recommending Mike to anyone I know who would need his services. 100/10 for Mike.

He was incredibly personable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Mike made a stressful situation much more manageable with his positive attitude and expertise.
