Great upfront communication. But they rate the quoted me ended up being double. Tried to communicate with them about the issues, and it's been silent. The trucking company broke my mom's bed, dishes, and TV. Do not use these people they don't care about you after they get their money.

I have to say this is the first time I have used movers, I was a bit nervous with the process as I usually move my things myself, however due to a time crunch we really needed to hire a mover. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel to set up our move. From start to finish I am very pleased. The movers arrived on time and packed all of our things, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I can’t recommend them enough. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to anyone in need of moving services. Thank you native Van Lines.

Unpleasant experience. Agent I dealt with was Rachel. Great impression first up on the phone: low quote, 30 day free storage. Only later do you realize that there is a lot of fine print. First they are a third party. The actual movers come in and make you sign a bunch of documents after they pick-up. You have no time to read and decide if you agree with the terms. They charge you a ridiculous elevator fee $75, which makes no sense since you have an elevator! They say they'll store your stuff for free for 30 days, but that is in some arbitrary city, not at the destination city. So, it doesn't really help with getting your stuff as you move in. After reaching my destination, I had to rush to find housing within 3 days until the truck showed up, causing a lot of stress. (If they reach before you have your house, they charge you a holding fee). Adding salt to wounds, the delivery person shows up in an 18-wheeler and charged me an extra $150 for long-carry! Basically they expect that your house will be within 75 feet of a parking area for such a large truck! The only positive aspect of it is that they did move the stuff fairly quickly (about 7 days). But that ended up causing more problems. Overall, a very unpleasant experience: extra charges, third party, timing. Better to go with a more professional moving company.

I had a great experience! They were very transparent about all the fees. There was a last minute stair fee because of how narrow and old my stairs are. But other than that, the movers were incredibly kind and communicative. Native Van Lines was also very communicative! It was my first time using movers and they really helped it move smoothly :) thank you!
