Quotes low price then adds $1000 when items are loaded on truck so you are at their mercy!!! Liars and Scam artists!! Navistar Van Lines is a BROKER and they do not disclose this ! Anthony in sales is deceitful! Very nice until he gets your money then he won’t talk to you! They sub-contracted out my move to UNITED SPEED MOVERS INC out of New Jersey! These movers were nasty and rude. Destroyed most of my property! Promised to assemble my bed and left without doing so. Large mirror cracked even though I bought a large roll of bubble wrap it shows up UNWRAPPED and broken! Vases, picture frames, lamp and dining table all damaged. They make you pay in cash or they threaten to take your stuff to a storage unit and charge you extra!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE ARE SUBMITTED BY EMPLOYEES AND ARE FALSE!!!

Use another company, this unprofessional organization is way too expensive for what you get. Your stuff will be shifted around into various trucks throughout its journey. The drivers won’t reach out to you, you have to call them for updates on ETAs. No telling where your stuff is at any given time. The customer service agents are rude and cold when you call for information. Your pick up and drop off windows are not respected at all. They showed up a day early and dropped my stuff off very late. I was scrambling. But if you want your stuff back smashed and broken… by all means, use this company.

Worst experience with moving ever! Please save your time, money and energy by not choosing these folks as your movers! We moved from Dallas to New York City area and most of the stuff came broken, late than promised and charged us extra fees for hidden costs. The receptionist was rude and the guy (Ethan) who was our agent stopped responding to us once we paid the initial deposit. I wish I could give them -5 stars, but google asks us show to mercy, so I will settle with 1 star. AGAIN, DON’T CHOOSE THEM AS YOUR MOVERS!

All the fake reviews ….Will give 0 stars if I can …Crappy service broken stuff over priced…. Once after giving an estimate for me after the driver came everything changed… He said you have too much stuff this was after I over estimated my moving boxes and still was looted… all the fragile boxes were thrown all over the truck and broken stuff… my guitar lamps plates and chest were broken all the boxes crushed customer service doesnt exist

Absolutely do not go with this company. I was sold a white glove service and a speedy delivery (2-3 days) again and again by a man named Christopher Morris at Navistar. After signing the contract and being told everything was flexible and the move was in place, Christopher completely disappeared and his number was disconnected. The day before the move I was told our stuff was being loaded by a trucking company with multiple other families' belongings and would arrive in 1-2 weeks at best. This didn't work because we were lied to and told it would arrive in 2-3 days, the truck would be a navistar truck, and the furniture would be properly taken care of by a moving company. After losing faith I found the horrible reviews buried beneath the obviously fake 5 star reviews for the company and felt stupid for ever falling for the scam. Rather than risk losing our stuff, having it broken, or not getting it for months only to have it held hostage and be told we owed thousands more than originally quoted, I made the difficult decision to cancel the move and lose the thousands of dollars we put down for a deposit. Customer service was accusatory, rude, and didn't follow through on any of the promises they made. It seems a large part of the business model is to get people to pay the deposit and hope they cancel. This company is a scam, and I am just thankful I wasn't burned as badly by them as so many others seem to have been. Please save yourself the trouble and do not use this company. The peace of mind alone is worth the money you'll spend hiring a proper, local moving company.
