Very good store needed a few things to get back into the gym. Very clean store and a huge selection of accessories and gear. The employees are very helpful and will assist you with what ever it is you may need, or think you need. I liked the show selection on the back wall. If they don't have an item in stock they can look at other stores for you.

Honor your open/close times. I'm literally here outside 10 minutes before the store is to close. Some of us work long hours and can't make it through the day. I drove 25 minutes here ONLY for the front door to be closed and it is 8:50pm. Such a shame, I needed an item that I can't get through the week!

We bought a bike here and the front wheel was not assembled correctly and fell off after 2 days. It was luck that nobody got badly injured. The store did not accept any responsibility even though they assembled the bike and didn't even want to fix the damages. Don't buy anything here if you expect customer service and stay away. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. 😩

Came here to buy a bat. Bought said bat with their $28/yr warranty. Found a better bat and returned not even 24 hrs. They stated that they can return the price of the bat but NOT the insurance. I would have to drive all the way to Santa row area just to get back $28 . Not worth my time so I told them I will eat that cost. Never buy warranty through dicks. It is not from them and from ATT.

The staff here are very friendly and eager to answer any questions. In particular, Daniel was extremely helpful. Even though it was almost closing time, he assisted with the steam service for my baseball glove, allowing me to take it home the same day instead of making another trip the next day. The shopping environment is clean and tidy, and the overall shopping experience was excellent.
