NBC skye logistics are fraudulent people. Their agent Doris was the one that handled my transaction. 2 dresses were missing and she cant give me an explanation till date. Lately, she said they must have removed it at our custom here that she included it in the package. Initially, she said it was out of stock only for her to send me something in Chinese as evidence of purchase. Yes you bought the thing but where is it? Nothing till date. And the annoying part is that most of the dresses are badly sown. I had to remake some of them before selling. I buy with customers review on the website, there's no way the item would have been that bad and their wont be negative comments. NBC do not buy from the links you send to them, they either buy from inferior sellers or manufacture themselves. I even reported to another of their staff Daniel and he stopped responding to me. They're rogues!!!

Really disappointed! The agents don't check the quality of goods before they purchase. All the shoes I got are poorly finished, the cosmetics I ordered are totally different from what I got. The agent wasn't even remouserful, telling me they don't produce or sell! What's the point in making sure your services are fast and safe when the goods you're delivering are bad/faulty/poorly produced? 👎👎👎

They are very weak in terms of customer care service. They don't meet up with time and most especially their agent Annie , frieda , Daniel , Leema , Yoyo. Are all inefficient for the role.... They don't have good customer relationship.... NBC Skye logistics of a thing shouldn't be given goods to ship in. 20-25 days turn to 35 days am still waiting for goods up till today none of those names pick Calls , return messages am so tired and weak too... I regret transacting with them... I got my goods afterwards

Horrible customer service at the china end. Daniel and Annie who are supposed to be in charge are extremely rude and uncultured. i dont understand how a company thinks its okay to insult customers because the customer is making enquiries or complaining about service. daniel never picks calls, never responds and when he does, rude still. you'd be lucky to have your item shipped when you need it to be. tried them out for the first time, never again. bunch of incompetent individuals. patronize at your own risk.

Their services are grossly BAD! Zero customer relation. Daniel is mannerless and 101% inefficient and totally unfit for the job. They delay goods without any explanations. They never responds to messages. They are a total bull scrap!
