I've never had an issue with this taxi service. Will say Ryan is my favorite driver, he's always personable, respectful and doesn't drive like a fool. Always gets me where I'm going on time. The car is always clean as well.

August 17th I had a doctor's appointmentAnd I called several times and all I got was the voicemail and no calls were returnedI sent a few text messagesAnd they only text message I got was what time they would pick me up and the other text message is your driver will be there in 11 minutes. Well i sat outside waiting no show no call.i called i finally spoke to a live person. He said i will have the driver call you when the driver called me he said he was tied up and couldn't pick me up for another 20 to 25 minutes i said i will be to late to make it he was rude to and the way he said im sorry well i missed my appointment and all most got dropped from my dr i will not use them ever .

They made me miss two appointments because they never showed up and never gave an explanation as to how they FORGOT ME TWICE. I do not recommend this company. It is below board and their service (or lack thereof) is unacceptable.

Worst company ever I missed 3 appointments due to the non professional ways of NDT I had to use a different phone number just so they would answer there telephone Dennis the supervisor is veeeeeeeeerrrrry rude he hung up in my face when I simply told him a pick up time of 12:30 wouldn't work if I'm going from Rockford to Chicago for a appointment at 1:45 I have a special need infant who suppose to be cleared for surgery today and because of your unprofessional ways I missed it you have no heart and your inconsiderate to your customers needs Ndt needs to be shutdown then the driver just came like seriously y'all should be ashamed NDT GET IT TOGETHER ZERO STARS

I had Kathy.Totaly awesome lady., Danny is very good and polite, Greg is very knowledgeable and Au gentleman. There were a few others also good. In the time I've used them there were 3 no shows. I would recommend them.
