Wonderful experience and crew! We moved from Massachusetts to New Jersey and this crew and staff. They were on time, considerate and took great care to box, load and unload. There was no damage or issues with any of our belongings. My parents also used them for their long distance move and it was the same experience. Would use again no question.

My company used Nelson Westerberg to relocate me 8 years ago and everything was great so when my family and I were moving locally I called them first to move us. The experience couldn’t have been worse. The crew showed up hours late and were not equipped to move our furniture resulting in several broken pieces when they dropped them. The move took so long because they struggled to carry each piece of furniture. The icing on the cake was when they stole my 2 young daughters’ diamond cross necklaces they got from their grandparents for their baptism. We had them in a box that wasn’t to be moved by the movers in a room they were not supposed to be in with several items we told them we were taking with us, however when we were out of sight they went into that room and took them. It was really upsetting and we would never use them or recommend them to anyone. We learned our lesson and hope no one else has to go through this.
