Honestly it was pretty overpriced for the overall move. I didn't have them move everything. Just large items that couldn't fit in my car. Movers were late after calling me telling me arrival time. Took forever loading a handful of items. Me and 1 friend could've done it in half the time. And that's why it cost so much. So much extra time in fact they decided to disassemble my home workout gym which weighed less than the pull out sofa couch they had already moved. And after disassembling they put some screws back in with a drill and they stripped those screws. So now I can't back them out to reassemble my 900 dollar home workout gym.... all in all pretty dissatisfied but thanks for helping me move like 6 large items I couldn't fit in my car for almost 800 dollars...

From beginning to the end, this company was next level. Please understand that I was prepared for some minor things to go wrong, but not a single hiccup. The crew (Juan and Damien) that arrived was respectful, courteous, professional, and efficient. I was so impressed with the way they handled my parents’ furniture and belongings. They made this move easy. But please know that it started well before that. The office staff and our contact (Alysia) were always ready to address any concerns and explain the details. Well worth the money for going with a local company for an interstate move.

Hugo and Juan were on time and so professional. Excellent customer service to book appointment. Highly recommend these movers. Hugo and Juan were beyond efficient and made sure to keep our items from not being damaged. They even had boxes for us to pack our clothes. So friendly and just great guys. Would definitely want them to move us again in the future. Just amazing

The movers were nice and professional and worked at a careful pace to try and protect our furniture. But after they left, I noticed black stains on our sofa sectional. They also didn’t put our platform bed back together correctly. There are parts not connected and the drawer at the foot of the bed won’t close now. And there are dirty fingerprints on all our white furniture (bed and dressers). I was hesitant to hire a moving company after our horrible experience with NJ Moving Pro in my move across the country and I expressed that to Angela. She and I had an extensive conversation in which she emphasized that they would be much better and wouldn’t charge more if they miscalculated the time it would take to move. She convinced me to hire three movers rather than two because it would take less time and would be less expensive overall. Angela was adamant that they use a specific formula based on the inventory and that it would not take more than the time she estimated. Yet, my end bill was more because she miscalculated the time it would take to move my inventory. I’m so disappointed and have no faith in moving companies.
