This place doesn't even deserve 1 star , I can't even begin to explain the horrible service I received from not only the teenager movers but the owner of this place. I was charged over $1300 dollars to move a 2x2 apartment . I didn't even have large furniture! Beds were already broken down to save time (didn't even matter) . It took 9hours for these kids to move from atascocita to kingwood. Less than 10 miles ! They complained the entire time , took MANY breaks, Had to do two trips. !!!! They got "lost " on the way to the new apartment which I was charged for that time . I hired them because I have small children and I am 6 months pregnant. They literally threw all my stuff in the living room in piles then left !!! I was disgusted with their service. Two even begin arguing about to fight eachother because they couldn't get my table upstairs.I contacted the owner and explained with photos the service I received which was pretty much like talking to a wall. I feel I was taken advantage of ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE . Just got off the phone with the owner who couldn't care less about the service I received. I sent her photos of everything and explained how upset I was. She said to "leave a review" and "have a nice day" .. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS

We have had them work for us 3 times, once to mo e my Moms furniture to our house; they di an amazing job really can't say enough good about those guys. Then we had them pack Moms house after estate sales were done; again, a great job done, very meticulously packed. Then, the movers again move the packed items to a container. Great job New Caney Movers, I would never use any one else!

Neighbor used them. They blocked us in with no warning or notification. When we told them to pull into neighbors driveway was told wouldn't fit even though plenty of room. Unacceptable. Others have things to do too. If your going to block someone in, atleast talk to them first.

I want to acknowledge the professionalism, courtesy, and great customer service that was provided by the movers. I was fortunate enough to get the dad and son awesome duo assigned to help me move. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know what time they would be there, was there on time, worked quickly, and moved everything carefully. They wrapped my furniture so the items wouldn't be damaged by the rain. I will definitely be using this company again. Fast forward to 2024. Well I used them again like I said above and I received the same quality and professionalism as before. This time is was Ryan and his team. They went above and beyond. Thanks again guys!

I am admit, I was very skeptical to use this company after reading all these bad reviews, but I have to very fair pricing compared to other companies they were on time as promised. Penny reassured me day before Everything was going to be OK and they would handle everything because I told her I was very skeptical. they did a wonderful job they followed instructions Great! I would recommend them for anybody that needs help moving. They also stayed within the timeframe promised. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving company.
