The move started out well, and most of my stuff was packed. I ended up having to leave behind some valuable items because they couldn't get on the truck. When the trucker arrived, all my stuff had been thrown on the truck, and the driver complained during time. A lot of my furniture was broken. I sent an email with pictures and have not heard from the company

Extremely unprofessional! I booked this company from Dallas to DC! Rebecca came out gave me a quote. When the movers came they tried to charge us more to pocket the money. But didn’t have a large enough truck for all our things! So they left majority of our items in Dallas! We had to file a police report! Rebecca argued us down the entire time taking the movers side! Rebecca is the owners girlfriend! She do not care about customers! In DC the driver complained the whole time about the company not paying him enough while mishandling our furniture! My tv is broke and kitchen table is broken! Also my screws are lost to my dresser! They left my brand new walls brown! The movers were some guys they found on the street! As a business owner myself I’ve never left a bad review but I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau & DOT! PLEASE DONT USE THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOODNESS! UPDATE: The problem was that Pedro insisted on us allowing him to pack the entire house AFTER Rebecca already quoted us a price for a set amount of items. Pedro went behind Rebecca’s back and gave us a quote for the entire house. We agreed to a price off the record which was still fine until he didn’t have enough room on the truck to fit our items! WHICH we have him on camera admitting to! Rebecca then tried to argue us down that that is not what happened! The extra cost was agreed upon! And we didn’t have a problem paying! But first you have to have enough room for the items you agree to take! Running a business like this you won’t make it far! I promise! & look at the other comments! Everyone is not lying on you all!

My team arrived today on time and did a fantastic job. Pedro is the foreman and he is amazing. This team moved me from Texas to Michigan and now I’m back in Texas and they moved me again. I will continue to use new Destiny Van line and partner with Pedro him and his team are amazing.

There's a lot to consider when you're looking for the right solution to ship furniture across the country, and options can be overwhelming and confusing. After looking at UHaul and short haul scenarios to transport furniture to my daughter in AZ, I ended up talking with Jenifer Owens at New Destiny. I needed to get the delivery there within a week while I was visiting AZ, but I didn't give them much time to make that happen. Jenifer was friendly and persistent in trying to win my business, and ultimately she did by confirming they could pick up and deliver everything within a day of my time in AZ. Pedro and his helper moved quickly to wrap and load everything on pick up day, and Ruben delivered it literally a couple hours before I had to head back to the airport to return home, giving me just enough time to help unpack and set up the furniture. The whole crew was friendly and easy to work with...so I booked them for major move in the DFW area a few months later. Yes, there are a lot of terms and conditions with the move, more than I care to remember, and it's easy to underestimate how much will fit on the truck, but in the end I was very satisfied with their ability to meet my needs for both moves. Bottom line, I recommend them highly. As with hiring any moving company, do your homework, read and understand the terms and conditions, and ask lots of questions. And tip the crew well at the end of the job!
