They did it again - better than ever. We needed to refinish our home's wood floors and this company moved our furniture and items out of the way - into the garage and other spots. And then put things back after the floors were redone. Great work. This company have moved me three times and each time they were were excellent. They were careful and nice and did a great job. They were the affiliate contracted via Atlas Van Lines for our move from MA to CA. if you are in the able hands of Kevin Carson, you are pretty much assured of a seamless and smooth move. He did our house visit, estimated the weight and set up a time date for the move. 24 hours before the move logistics are confirmed so that everyone is on the same page. The 3 young gentlemen who came for the loading and packing were lightning-quick, efficient and no-nonsense, our 1 BR townhouse was packed up in about 3 hours and they were out. Once in their warehouse, our stuff was repacked, tagged and taped to withstand travel wear and tear. Overall we had a great experience with New England Household Moving. Things to keep in mind This was a long-distance move ( MA to Ca), the duration from loading to unloading at the final destination was close to a fortnight. So planning ahead and making sure there is enough time for everything is critical here. The payment option also includes credit card ( a plus for us) Hires for local moving companies can be a hit or miss, in this matter we were blessed ( this is a huge variable to consider) Make sure every box/ object not packed is tagged with a bar code before it heads out of the house onto the truck. Please do consider moving companies, movers and everything associated with the matter of relocation is a high stake risk, our risk paid off in the positive, yours might not.

I called them today when the movers I hired didn't show up for a good sized move. Within an hour I had two professional and friendly movers at my new apartment who unloaded the entire truck in a little over an hour. I can't recommend this company highly enough and will definitely hire them for my next move.

The rude petulant kids who drive the vans have no problem with causing a safety hazard. Because their parking space was taken, they had no problems with just parking in a major street, one lane in both directions, almost causing collisions as cars and trucks tried to get around it during rush hour. Their attitude was that since they were inconvenience, they had the right to inconvenience others, and couldn't be bothered to find a parking spot while their problem was worked out. Simply Superb! The truck arrived on time, the workers did an exceptional job in 90+ temps, very hot and humid. They were courteous, professional, and conscientious. Outstanding work ethic, set up was efficient and work space was neat. Highly recommend!
